OPPO Find X5 series includes 3 versions, of which 2 versions use Qualcomm chips and one version using MediaTek chips sold exclusively in the Chinese market.
After a long time of leaks, at the launch event held tonight (February 24), OPPO officially introduced the Find X5 series, including up to 3 versions: Find X5, Find X5 Pro, and Find X5 Pro. Find X5 Pro version uses MediaTek chip. All 3 versions have a similar appearance, the only difference comes from the internal hardware.
Like the previously leaked images, the OPPO Find X5 series owns a new camera design language, somewhat “different” compared to most flagships on the market. Overall, the device still has the same language and familiarity with the previously released Find X3 series. In this version, OPPO adds ceramic back and imitation leather back options with different color options.
On the front, the Pro version is equipped with a 6.7-inch screen, using a 10-bit LTPO AMOLED panel produced by Samsung, QHD + resolution, a variable scan frequency of 1-120Hz, and protected by Gorilla Glass. Victus. Meanwhile, the standard version will have a slightly smaller 6.55-inch screen, using an AMOLED panel produced by BOE. This screen has a resolution cut down to Full HD + but still has 120Hz and is a 10-bit screen.
Regarding the camera, OPPO equips the Find X5 series with a 3-camera system including a 50MP wide-angle camera using the same Sony IMX766 sensor as its predecessor, a 50MP ultra-wide angle that also uses an IMX766 sensor and a 2X 13MP telephoto camera. With a selfie camera, the 2 Pro versions are equipped with a 32MP IMX709 camera and the standard version uses an IMX615 sensor.
In addition, there will only be two versions using Qualcomm chip, which are equipped with MariSilicon X NPU processor to support better image processing as well as have a camera in cooperation with Hasselblad camera company.
Performance is also a notable factor. OPPO Find X5 Pro is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, the standard version is Snapdragon 888 and the Pro version is equipped with Dimensity 9000 chip. Mays has 8GB/12GB RAM options and 256GB/512GB memory options. The battery of the 2 Pro versions has a capacity of 5000mAh, supporting 80W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. The standard version has a 4800mAh battery, supports 80W wired fast charging, 30W wireless.
OPPO Find X5 Pro supports IP68 standard, while the standard version is IP54.
OPPO Find X5, X5 Pro, and X5 Pro Dimensity will be available in China with starting prices of 3999 yuan, 5999 yuan, and 5799 yuan respectively, equivalent to 14.4 million, 21.7 million, and 20.9 million VND for the memory option. 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB respectively. The Find X5 series (except for the Dimensity 9000 version) will also be introduced in the international market soon, including Vietnam in the near future.
